As for believe and not believe, that is a bigger issue as if they don’t wear hijjab and admit that they “should” wear it then that is a Sin but by saying "i dont believe in Hijjab" that is doubting what is written in the Quran and i am sure it is much more serious and severe

When I saw this cartoon I got the image of 90% of the girls in Uni , wallahi it's so sick and sad at the same time the problem here people inhrit Islam more than believing in it so you find girls wearing hijab but not mastoorat and you find a guy fasting but not praying
